So our family has finally settled. *sigh* What a good feeling! We are currently in Reedley, CA where my family lives. My uncle and aunt graciously offered us their rental home for the few months we’re here as well. So until we make our final move to Thailand, I AM taking on photo sessions. …well, sorta. : ) Life has definitely changed after having baby #2. The extra time I thought I had has been put towards cleaning spit-up, washing a couple extra loads of laundry, while still keeping up reading Curious George & Little Critter books with Devin. I do love being a mom and all that goes along with it, I’m just trying to learn how this new schedule is supposed to work with two.
As some of you may have heard, our family will be moving this May. Not just moving to the next street over, but a few states over, then to another country, and yet to another country…all before the end of the year! Our final destination is Thailand. : )
SO, this post is to let you know that I am taking on sessions at this time, but after May I will not be available.

I guess it’s hard to pay someone to take photos for you when you’ve got the equipment for it! Pardon my attempt at a few maternity photos in front of the camera. I think I like being behind the camera better! : ) My boys gladly came along and popped in a few photos as well….we needed a new family pic anyway!

If you haven’t yet heard…little Friesen #2 will be making it’s appearance this December! Because of this, I will not be booking any photo sessions from November-March (at least). Next month a good friend of mine is getting married!! I was able to attend her bridal shower and grab a few photos, even though I couldn’t stay very long. Congrats to you both!

Sewing.
In the past year I’ve really taken a liking to sewing. If you asked me 5 years ago if I could sew, I’d laugh and explain my great capabilities in fastening a button to a shirt.
Just recently I came across some super-cute patterns for baby/toddler shoes that I HAD to try. Since I have a boy, I’m not as inclined to make shoes of every color, but I do have a friend who’s having a girl this summer, so…..
