Next month a good friend of mine is getting married!! I was able to attend her bridal shower and grab a few photos, even though I couldn’t stay very long. Congrats to you both!

Not only did I have the privilege of photographing a talented pianist, but she happens to be my sweet Aunt Mary! She came with my Grandma for a visit this past week. They loved on my little guy at home, played lots of “peek a boo” with him, and helped me around the house while my Man was out-of-town. : ) Thank you both for a wonderful visit, and many good memories!
Please check back in the coming month for a link to her new CD, filled with romantic love songs! I previewed it this week- it’s GOOD!!!

Brewer Wedding

There is so much I appreciate about these two – they love to have fun, tease each other, and be goofy. But at the same time, they’re serious when they need to be. Their wedding was a great mix of both. The wedding started off with singing and praise dancers (who did an AMAZING job!), and continued with a committment to each other for life….with a little laughter mixed in there. : ) The reception was moved indoors because of inclement weather, but we had an opportunity to take a few outdoor photos in between the rain. Despite the change in plans, the Bride, Groom, & entire wedding party were totally focused on enjoying the day! It was a total honor to take your wedding photos. I feel like I just made 2 new friends!

Not only was I reunited with a friend I haven’t seen in awhile, but I got to meet her “friend” too! S & N have a beautiful relationship- they seem to have one of those extra special connections that just make you go “awwww…”, and yet there is something so deep between them. Congrats to you both as you plan your upcoming wedding!

There were no problems getting this birthday girl to smile- she was a total natural! She even attracted the attention of a little toddler who was picnicing with her family across the way.

These lovely girls met me at Lake Katherine for a few photos. Their parents brought some jelly beans, and with a game of duck-duck-goose going, we were set! I had the oldest chasing me around big trees and through a garden, and the youngest sat there, content as could be….smiling and watching. : ) I learned that she’s been through a couple surgeries already, even though she’s not quite 1 year old! Apparently her immune system was very low through these procedures, not allowing her parents to take her out and have photos done prior to this session. I’m so honored to capture these memories for you!
